Despite the rain, Ryan was able to get out and practice on Saturday.
The rain held off on Sunday and he tore it up on the track.
The first race he came in 6th/10 riders. He was disappointed in himself as he didn't go as fast as he could've. We told him to go back out there and do it up the last race.
Final race came and on the start gate, I could hear the rev of the engine. The gates dropped and up in the air when Ryan's quad. He stood it right up on the back tires and popped a WHEELIE! He held on and road that Wheelies about 20-30 yards. It was amazing and heart stopping for Mom!
He finally had to left off the gas, bring the front end down, and then give it the gas again. In doing so, one rider was able to get in front of him. The two of them battled for 6th place the entire race and Ryan unfortunately, didn't get it. He came in 7th.
Placing 7th for the day!
We had some special visitors. Aunt Jessie Mae came down with one of her friends to visit and also Ryan Young and Kayla showed up. Ryan was in heaven!
He is now known as Ride the Wheelie Ryan! :)
